Campsites/Hotels

Camping Information

Campsites for the 2025 Win on the Wabash are ON SALE NOW! Electric sites are sold out. A limited number of non-electric sites remain for sale.

Camping Arrival Times, Special Considerations, Rules, and Guidelines

Due to bridge weight restrictions and the site layout, we have a limited timeframe for camper arrival and departure. If you are unable to arrive or depart during the times listed below, onsite camping will not be possible. No exceptions and no refunds will be provided. So please read closely.

Camper Arrival

  • If you are planning on renting a camper that requires delivery, please have the rental company contact us directly at camping@wowraffle.com to coordinate.
  • Please do not arrive early as we only have a limited amount of space for staging.
  • Camper Arrival Times:
    • Wednesday, August 20th – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM – expect an 1-2 hour wait time if arriving early.
    • Thursday, August 21st – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
    • Friday, August 22nd – 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
  • No Reserved Spots: Spots are not reserved in advance. Campers will be directed to a designated space upon arrival. Arrival time does not guarantee proximity to the event area.
  • Group Camping: if you wish to camp with others, all members of your group must arrive together. However, side-by-side placement is not guaranteed due to space constraints. No spots will be held.

Exit Times for Campers

  • Bridge Crossing: Only single-axle trucks and passenger vehicles (no trailers) displaying the proper Camping Permit or Parking Pass will be allowed to cross the bridge after arrival.
  • Camper Exit Time: Campers cannot exit before 7:30 AM on Sunday, August 24th – no exceptions. Plan accordingly.

Special Considerations

  • Accessibility for Handicap: While we do not have designated handicap camping spots, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate needs. Please contact camping@wowraffle.com by August 8 with any special requests.
  • Camping Permit/Parking Pass: You will receive a Camping Permit/Parking Pass upon arrival. This must be displayed on your camper and vehicle to access the campsite via the bridge from SR 119. Access will be strictly monitored.
  • Camping Space: All vehicles, including those towing campers, must park within the designated site boundaries. Overflow parking is available nearby for excess vehicles.
  • Vehicles: Vehicles are expected to remain parked for the duration of the event unless entering or exiting the campground directly.
  • Ticket Booth: Campers may exchange paper tickets for wristbands at the ticket booth (open Wednesday–Friday; check website for hours). Early pickup is highly encouraged to avoid delays.

Camping Rules and Guidelines – By entering the grounds of Ambassador Park you are agreeing to abide to all of the following rules and guidelines:

  • Goal: Our goal is for all attendees to enjoy a safe, fun, and memorable event. To ensure this, please respect fellow campers.
  • Permits: Upon arrival, a Camping and Vehicle Permit will be issued to the person who reserved the site. This must be visibly displayed on both the camper and the vehicle. Failure to do so may result in removal from the site.
  • Prohibited Vehicles: No UTVs, golf carts, side-by-sides (SxS), or similar vehicles are allowed anywhere on the premises, including the campgrounds.
  • Site Conditions: Campsites may not be level. Please bring adequate leveling blocks and wheel chocks.
  • Electric Sites: A minimum of a 30-amp hookup is guaranteed. Campers must bring their own connections and adapters (for both 30 and 50 amp hookups). All usage is at your own risk.
  • Quiet Hours: 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM. No music, shouting, large gatherings, or disruptive activity during this time.
  • Unruly Behavior: Any behavior that requires intervention by law enforcement, WOW volunteer staff, security personnel, or any official WOW representative will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Offenders are subject to immediate removal from the event and may lose access to both the camping and event areas for the remainder of the current event—and potentially future events. No refunds will be issued.
  • Generators: Allowed only at non-electric sites. Must not exceed 65 dB at 20 feet. If weather conditions allow, we ask you turn them off during quiet hours but not required. If you have a medical condition that requires the use of a generator at all hours, we ask you request a Generator Pass at time of arrival.
  • Children: Individuals under 18 are not permitted in camping or event areas.
    • Exception: Dependent children requiring breastfeeding or specialized care may remain with a parent or guardian but must be under direct supervision at all times.
  • Fires & Grills: No open flames or charcoal grills permitted. Propane grills only.
  • Trash: Bag and set out trash by 7:30 AM daily for collection. Please leave your site clean.
  • Prohibited Items: No glass containers, fireworks, or solicitation.
  • Pets: Pets are discouraged at campsites. Only properly documented service animals are allowed in the event area.
  • Facilities: Limited showers and portable restrooms available.
  • Shower Hours:
    • Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Saturday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
    • Sunday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Dump Station: No dump station onsite. Nearby dump stations can be found by visiting:
    • https://rvdumpsites.net/
  • Safety: Test all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors daily.
  • Emergencies: Dial 911. Provide location: Ambassador Park, 2205 St. Rt. 49, Fort Recovery, OH. Include your approximate location within the park.
  • Disclaimer: Not responsible for injuries, accidents, and damaged or stolen property
  • Removal Clause: The WoW Super Raffle Committee reserves the right to remove any individual from Ambassador Park, including access to camping and event areas, for any reason. No refunds will be given.

We look forward to seeing you in August!
